Context

Since Q1-2023, I joined ServiceNow, as a Staff UX Researcher, dedicated to the Platform Analytics .

As part of the Platform Analytics team, I contribute to shaping the backbone of ServiceNow’s analytics ecosystem. Platform Analytics is a critical component because it powers insights across the entire product suite, enabling customers to make data‑driven decisions at scale. It underpins reporting, dashboards, and AI‑driven intelligence—helping organisations unlock value from their data with speed and confidence

In this role, I focus on both strategic and tactical UX research that informs product direction for analytics and AI capabilities. My work spans foundational research, discovery studies, and evaluative testing to ensure solutions meet real user needs. I partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate insights into actionable decisions, de‑risk investments, and improve the adoption of complex features.

I’ve been deeply involved in projects that shaped new product lines and look to improve existing experiences. Due to NDAs and privacy commitments, I cannot share specifics at this time—but I can provide more detail in a conversation. What I can say is that my research has influenced high‑impact decisions, accelerated roadmap alignment, and is helping to define the future of analytics and data products.
